The Walcott (II)

The Walcott 4-familly is a 4-unit building at 169 western avenue. Originally built in 1845 this building has been update to accommodate the tenant who wants to live in central square area. Minutes from Harvard and MIT and walking distance to the Charles River.

In 2017 we will be update dating the lower level of The Walcott 4-family. Installing a 2 study suites and a conference/meeting space, storage lockers for each unit, and a modernize laundry room with laundry and vending machines that accepts credit cards and mobile phone pay features.
